As I get the time and ability I will add all the recipes I use on YouTube into this index, at the urging of many viewers I do hope to do a printable/ebook version eventually as well, but for the moment, I am aiming to add recipes, even if I don’t have the best photographs to go with them!

Eggs are such an important food source on our little plot, the cost and time requirements of the chickens is definitely compensated by the ability to walk out the back and collect a breakfast size clutch of eggs on a whim!

I adore a good Sourdough loaf, nothing beats that slightly sour, chewy, crunchy texture and flavour, but I love the versatility of a sourdough starter as well, I rely on yeast for large swathes of the year, but in the warmer months the ability to whip up an overnight batch of pizza, bagel or english muffin dough is such a highlight!
